The full release as a single archive — Markdown sources, Word, and PDF for all six documents, with a manifest and SHA-256 checksums:

The Standard text is published under CC-BY 4.0; the reference-implementation code under MIT. The JSON schemas and reference implementation follow with the substrate publication (see Reference Implementation).
